Overview
Breeze Healthcare provide multi-faceted healthcare and social care services to their numerous clients. They supply fully trained nursing and support staff, as well as healthcare assistants and support workers, to various residential homes and hospitals.
The website acts as a middle ground for both clients (care homes and hospitals) and candidates, connecting the two parties. The candidates are able to view all of their available roles on the interactive job board from which they can choose their desired role and be placed in a suitable organization when the opportunity arises.

Challenge
As a healthcare recruitment agency, the website needed needs to be designed for both clients and candidates. In order to achieve this, these sections have their own dedicated areas on the website as can be seen in the ‘client services’ and ‘candidate services’ which feature the interactive job board for all their vacancies.
Solution
The back end of the website has been designed to be as user-friendly to our client as much as possible. This includes the development of a jobs dashboard for which our client can view all applicants and their CVs. There is also a filtering process for which our client can move the applicants to different stages of the recruitment process with scheduled emails automatically sent out.

Breeze Healthcare – Website Design
The site’s color scheme is a mix of ‘medical blues’ which immediately tells the user that they’re on a website that is related to the medical and healthcare industry. We also took great care in utilizing white space to give the various sections on the page a bit of ‘breathing space’ for increased readability. The brighter blue has been used for the buttons on the site to attract the user’s gaze thereby making it clear where they need to click to proceed.
