The website has a complex back-end system for increased automation such as order processing, mailing sequencing, and payment processing. Due to the sleek layout of the product page and fantastic product offering, the website has a legion of repeat customers looking for the latest product to satisfy their dog.

Challenge
One of the main objectives of the online store was to achieve full-scale automation. This meant that order fulfillment, payment processing, and customer engagement needed a robust system in place in order to automate the whole process. Another challenge was to optimize the website’s product page for increased conversions and average order value.
Solution
Many elements went into optimising the product page for conversions such as enhanced product images, enticing copywriting, and multiple product reviews to establish trust. The website is able to operate autonomously as orders are automatically sent to the warehouse, payments are taken and email sequences are scheduled, which allows the owners to have minimal input in its operations.

In order to establish itself as a brand, the business needed to stand out against its competition. To achieve this, we chose a striking red to contrast with the white and black colors. The result of this is an aesthetically pleasing website which clear indications for where the user’s attention should be drawn such as the ‘add to cart button. On the product page, the ‘frequently bought together section was used above the fold in order to increase the average order value from the website’s visitors. Going forward, BaseOne Digital manages their Facebook & Instagram advertising, bringing in a steady stream of customers each day.
